PALM KERNEL OIL

Palm kernel oil is obtained from the crushing of palm kernel. It is a light yellow liquid at room temperature.

Palm kernel oil can be refined into RBD palm kernel oil and its main usage is in oleochemical industries and speciality fats.

Free Fatty Acid:  5% max. as lauric acid.

Iodine Value (Wijs): 16.5-18.75

Colour: 5¼ in. cell Lovibond tintometer
Range: 4 Red-8 Red 60 Yellow max

Procedure for sale

1 The Buyer issue LOI + BCL to Sky's Queen Commodities llc
2 Seller's Mandate send FCO
3 Buyer sign  FCO and issue ICPO.
4 Seller send the draft contract (according to this procedure)
5 Buyer and Seller after signed the contract, send it by electronic mail.
6 Together with the signed contract, Buyer’s bank issue  by swift MT760 BG plus RDLC.
7 The seller shall issue 2% PB.
8 The Buyer Bank shall send hard copy by Couriers.
9 Delivery started within 45 days

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
 Irrevocable, Assignable & Revolving Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) VALUE FOR ONE (1) MONTH
or
Irrevocable & Assignable Bank Guarantee plus Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit for one
month value.
 

PERFORMANCE BOND: The Seller will issue 2% Performance Bond for the amount of one month
bank instrument, in accordance to the T.T. Performance Bond will be made operative base on
INCOTERM ICC 500 after the Seller Bank receives and confirmed bank instrument

 LAY CAN: For the first delivery within Forty Five (45) days after receiving and confirmation of
SBLC/BG
